Audrey M. Peterman, 87, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the Springwood Nursing Home in Sarasota, Florida. Services will be Monday, January 3, 2011 at 1pm at the Roberts Funeral Home- Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Father Christopher Trenta officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4815 Munson St. NW, Canton, OH 44718.
Audrey was born January 13, 1923 in Danville, Ohio to Donald and Lucy {Ferenbaugh} Payne. She married George Peterman in May 1943; he died in 1988.
Audrey was a homemaker and enjoyed her animals, flowers, and crafts.
She will be deeply missed by her son Harold "Hap" Peterman of Sarasota, Florida and two grandchildren.
In addition to her husband George, Audrey was preceded in death by a brother Marvin Payne and sister Oma Armstrong.
