Winnie "Blanche" Bostic, 80, of Ashland, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2008, Hospice House of North Central Ohio in Ashland.
Blanche was born August 2, 1927 in La Follette, Tennessee to Frank E. and Gertrude A. Rogers. ?She married William Teddy Valentine Bostic on August 6, 1949. ?He survives.
She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Blanche will be deeply missed by her husband, William, daughters Carolyn (Ronald) Marenchin and Peggy Bostic both of Ashland, grandchild Amanda Marenchin, numerous nieces and nephews, lifetime friend Euzella Allison, caregiver Tabby Davis and longtime physician Dr. Richard Fatica.
Blanche is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Boyd and Ralph Rogers.
Friends may call one hour prior to the memorial service, which will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, 1058 U.S. 250 West, Ashland with Pastor Don Earlenbaugh officiating. ?Committal will follow at Ashland County Memorial Park Mausoleum. ?In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of North Central Ohio, 1605 County Road 1095, Ashland, Ohio, 44805-9593. ?Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com
