Carlos L. Phillips, 77, of Orrville, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
Friends may call
Sunday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Monday at 2:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Carlos was born September 10, 1932 in Beallsville OH to Lonnie W. and Helen J. (Riley) Phillips. He married Beulah M. Zook on November 12, 1951. She passed away March 30, 2010.
He worked for Smuckers as a receiving foreman for 23 years from 1950 to 1973. Carlos was a custodian for 14 years at Waynedale High School retiring in 1989.
He liked the Cleveland Indians, gardening and loved spending time with his family.
Carlos will be deeply missed by his children: Betty “Lou” (Ron) DelPropost of Wooster, Carl (Trish) Phillips of Dalton, Rick (Deborah) Phillips of Wooster, John Phillips of Dalton, Peggy (Dan) Moore of Wooster, Connie (Ralph) Hinerman of Dalton, Roger Phillips of Apple Creek, and Deborah (Jason) Carpenter of Dalton; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Catherine Mauri of Wooster, brothers Dwight (Lula) Phillips of Florida and Arlen (Jenny) Phillips of Applecreek.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beulah, sister Eula Long, brothers Clifford, Lorn, Jesse and Bernard Phillips.
