Taylor, 71, of Wooster died Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at West View Manor Retirement Community. ?Private services will be Thursday at West View Manor, Wooster, with Pastor Dale RuLon officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Carol was born June 26, 1935 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia to Samuel P. and Gladys I. (Warner) Taylor.
She graduated from New Matamoras High School in 1953 and moved to Wooster in 1954. ?She retired from Rubbermaid in 1991 after 36 years of service.
Carol enjoyed chapel and Bible Studies, bingo, dominoes and crossword puzzles.
Carol will be deeply missed by her daughter Jody (Kevin) Stoffer of Wooster, grandchildren Candice and Cally Stoffer, brother Richard Taylor of Columbus and sisters Betty (William) Hissner of Overton and Dorothy Rinard of Wooster.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Mary, and brothers Chester, Herbert, Edward and Robert Taylor.
