Darlene F. (King) Rastetter, 66, of Wooster, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Mercy Hospital, in Canton.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 pm at the funeral home with Minister Steve Healea officiating. Darlene was born October 20, 1944 in Woodsfield, Ohio to Delbert and Helen {Shaw} King.
She graduated from River High School.
She married Gary Rastetter in March 2004.
She retired from Rubbermaid 2004. Darlene loved traveling and eating out, playing cards and being around friends and family. She enjoyed spending time with her cats.
Darlene will be deeply missed by her husband; stepdaughter Lisa (Greg) Maynard, stepson Doug Rastetter; grandchildren Jennifer, Austin, Kaitlyn, Paige; sisters Sarah (Sam) Berger, Shirley Selvy; mother-in-law Grace Martin, brothers-in-laws, and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Bob, Homer, Henry King.
