Darrin was born November 15, 1964 in Wooster to Albert Dee and Brenda Lorine (Carrathers) Owens.He married Deborah Sue Wickens on October 2, 1997.
He worked at the College of Wooster.Darrin was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son-in-law, and brother.
Darrin will be deeply missed by his wife of 13 years, Deborah, sons Donnie (Drema) Rood of Orrville and Mike Rood of the home, grandchildren Cloud Mullin, Gage Rood and Hannha Rood, a brother Darrell D. Owens of Wooster and sisters Darlene K. Hood of Danville and Rebecca (James) Kowal of Wooster and many nieces and nephews and mother-in-law Bonnie Fribley.
He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Brenda (Carrathers) Owens, father-in-law Dale Fribley and brother-in-law Bill Hood.
