David L Richert73 of Ashland passed away Friday December 19,2008 at the Hospice House in Ashland. David was born July 23, 1935 in Ashland, the son of Carl L and Ruth M. (Arnold) Richert. David served in the US Navy and retired form the city of Ashland Street Department.
