Donna J. Troxel, 78, of Wooster died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Hospice of Visiting Nurses in Akron.Friends may call Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Lawson officiating.Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Donna was born January 30, 1931 in Apple Creek, Ohio to Harry E. and Cora M. (Koontz) Yates.She married Roy E. Troxel on May 11, 1956.She enjoyed doing word searches.
Donna will be deeply missed by children Tom Troxel of Baltimore, Maryland, Jerry (Mindi) Troxel of Burbank and Ken (Lorie) Troxel of Creston, grandchildren Daniella, Aaron, Alexis and Katey Troxel, brothers Jim (Trudy) Yates of Florida and Lowell Yates of Medina, sisters Shirley Troxell of Creston, Eleanor (Jim) Hohenshil of Smithville, Barbara (Harold) Turner of Rittman and June (Bill) Shaw of Pennsylvania.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband Roy.
