Dorothy Lichty

Dorothy (Dot) Lichty, 75, of Medina, passed away Tuesday, August 24 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born December 29, 1934 in Granttown, WV to Lazar and Mary Renuk. On June 14, 1952 she married Ned E. Lichty, Sr. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, knitting and being outdoors.



Dorothy will be deeply missed by her children Paula (Bob Turnbaugh) Lichty of Medina, Ned, Jr. (Susan of Westfield Center, Neal (Diana) of Brunswick, Mark (Carmen) of Tennessee and Matthew of Medina, grandchildren Jana Smithberger, Joshua Lichty, Tara Painting, Heather, Mark Jr., and Brandon Lichty, great grandchildren Nathan and Rachel Smithberger, Faith and Noah Painting, Madison and McKenna Lichty and Chase and Briley Jane Rouse, sister Vicki Renuk, many nieces, nephews and her dog, Amiee. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 46 years, Ned Sr., son David Lichty and grandsons Kyle Lichty and Joshua Skindell.



Services will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel in Seville. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
