E. Dale Cunningham, 38, of Ashland, died Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Hospice House.
Dale was born December 14, 1972 in Bellaire, Ohio to Earl Dale and Lynn Ann (Hall) Cunningham.He was a 1992 graduate of Ashland High School.
He was employed at Staffing Partners of Ashland.He loved to draw and was an avid collector of swords and edged weapons.
Dale will be deeply missed by his mother Lynn; his children, Anthonie, Johnathon, and Brookelynn Cunningham; his sisters, Michele Shaffer of Ashland, Donna (Jason) Kritz of West Salem; his nieces, Haley and Macy; and his friend Ashlee Dickinson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl ‘Jack’ Cunningham in 2007.
There will be an open house to receive family and friends at the home of his mother, Lynn, 807 Ohio Street, Ashland, OH on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 2pm.Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray the expenses.Online tributes may be made at
