Edna Franks, 90, of Fredericksburg died Sunday, November 27, 2005 at Joel Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg. ?Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel. ?Burial will be at Apple Creek Cemetery. ?Friends may call Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born February 21, 1915 in Fredericksburg to Elgie (Spitler) Miller and Everett Bart Miller. ?She married Earnest Franks. ?He died previously.
She retired from Apple Creek Developmental Center after 21 years of service. ?She was a member of the Fredericksburg Church of Christ. ?She was also a member of the Ohio Rebekah Assembly. ?She enjoyed crocheting, animals and babies.
Surviving are nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces.
Her brothers and sisters died previously.
