Evelyn Lavina Baker, 87, of Ft. Pierce, Florida passed away Tuesday, May 25, at Port St. Lucie Nursing Center in Port St. Lucie, Fl. She was born October 9, 1922 in Pennsylvania to Alfred and Mabel (Goldinger) Keesy and married Homer J. Baker on June 21, 1941. Evelyn was a homemaker and enjoyed Bingo, Mahjong and the Arcade.She loved spending time with her family.
Evelyn will be deeply missed by her children; Evelyn "Jeanne" Sparko of Ft. Pierce, FL, Sarah Baker of Denver, CO, Jenny Casto of Ft. Pierce, FL, Homer J. (Lori) Baker of Sacramento, CA., Arthur Jay (Lorri) Baker of Phoenix, AZ, Jonathon Baker of Ft. Pierce, FL, Mary Jo (John) Efaw of TN, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, sisters Eunice (Dick) Elliott of MA. and June (Owen) Miller of PA. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband Homer, brothers Eugene Keesy and Gerold Stivensin.
