Everette W. "Mac" McIntire, 75, of Smithville died Monday, March 19, 2007 at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville. ???Services will be Friday at 2:00 pm at Smithville Methodist Church with Pastor Allan R. Bevere officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens where military and fireman rites will be held. ?Friends may call
Thursday from 5:00pm to 8pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster or one hour prior to the services at the church.

Mac was born August 26, 1931 in Wetzel County, West Virginia to Troy and Lelah (Yocum) McIntire. ?He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. ?He married Marilyn Joan Anderson on October 27, 1950.
He was owner and operator of EW McIntire & Son Trucking. ?He was an officer for the Smithville Fire Department for over 40 years. ?Mac was also a member of the Smithville United Methodist Church. ?He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mac will be deeply missed by his wife and children Jackie McIntire of Orrville, Terry McIntire, Kathy (Bill) Noffsinger and Pam (Bill) Hartzler all of Smithville, grandchildren David, Stephanie, Tina, Tara, Michael, Dustin, Jasalyn, Teeka and Kolstin, great-grandchildren Rory, Camdon, Joshua and Madison, brothers Ray (Phyllis) McIntire of Jeromesville and Dale (Marilyn) McIntire of Big Prairie and a sister Carol
Bordner of Loudonville. Mac was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bill McIntire, sisters Wanda McIntire and Linda Dement.
