Frank married Mary (Rutter) Bower on August 13, 1994.
He loved coins, guns and antiques.
Frank will be deeply missed by his wife Mary and children Erick Cronin of Nellie, Anthony (Patty) Cronin of Warsaw, April (James) Parrish of Coshocton and step-children JJ Rutter of Wooster, Angie Rutter of Smithville and Patti (Todd) Martin of Wooster, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
