Helen was born October 23, 1934 in Sand Ridge, West Virginia to Russell and Anna (Landers) Cross. ?She married Arthur D. Horner on March 12, 1953. ?She worked at Apple Creek Developmental Center for 10 years. ?She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post #3494, Mansfield. ?Helen enjoyed spending time with her family. ?Helen will be deeply missed by her children Michael Horner of Wooster and Susan (Kenneth) Steele of Cinnamon Lake; grandchildren Michael Heimbuch, Brody Horner, Jamie, Jennifer, and Michael Tippens, a sister Mary McCraney of Ozone Park, New York.
She was preceded in death by her husband on April 14, 2007, a brother Charles and sisters Betty and Catherine.
