Ivy “Kay” Vaughn, 58, of Ashland, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at Crystal Care Center.
Kay was born July 7, 1953 in Willard, Ohio to Walter Frank and Iva Pearl (Carpenter) Meyer.
On December 8, 1981, she married Robert Vaughn, who preceded her in death in 2002.
She was a homemaker.
Kay will be deeply missed by her children, Tina (Shane) Vaughn, Michael (Vanessa) Sanders, Ernest (Laura) Sanders, Frank Vaughn, and Laurie Meyer; her four stepchildren; her grandchildren, Logan, Shelby, Thor, Haley, Jackie, Antonia, Teagan, Kaiden, Trey, and Carter; her siblings, Robert (Jeanie) Meyer, Doris (Perry) Smith, Walter (Marianne) Meyer, Kenneth (Aileen) Meyer, David (Carol) Meyer, Denny Meyer, and Freda Boyce; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Margie Jennings.
Graveside services will be Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Ashland County Memorial Park with Chaplain Alden J.
