Jennie E. Stauffer, 82, of Wooster, died Saturday, January 2, 2010 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel in Wooster with Rev. John Copus officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

She was born in Ashland County in 1927 to Frank and Lottie (Robinson) Copus.
She married Charles Stauffer in 1943 and moved to Wooster, where she and her husband operated a dairy farm for 51 years.
She was a foster parent with Cuyahoga County Social Services for 20 years. She was a member of Wooster Foursquare Gospel Church. Jennie enjoyed cake decorating, floral arranging, and spending time with her children.
Surviving are her children and their spouses, Charles Stauffer Jr., Phyllis (Doug) Jude, Charlotte (Gerald) Gable, Rebekah (Richard) Benninger and Daniel (Rebecca) Stauffer, all of Wooster; nine grandchildren, Jill (David) Wright, Curt (Lavonne) Stauffer, Pat (Bob) Reutter, Stacy (Corey) Flinn, Amy (Robert) Harper, David Benninger, Abby Benniger, Tracy (Corey) Neuman and Daniel (Malinda) Stauffer, Jr.; twenty-one great-grandchildren; sister Martha (Roy) Martin of Orrville; brother, John Copus of Ashland; special sons and daughter, Laszlo(Sharene) Marcze, Chris (Laurie) Kunkler, Bill (Lupe) Norlin, and Linda (Ratna) Lingham.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles; her mother and father; two brothers, Charles Copus and Frank Copus Jr.; and a great-grandson.
