Johnny “Witold” Domalewski, 74, of West Salem, died Monday, July 26, 2010, at his residence.Friends may call Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Wadsworth. Services will be Friday at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, where military rites will be held. Online tributes may be made at

Johnny was born November 20, 1935, in Krzeszuw, Poland to Kazimiez and Maria {Sewruk} Domalewski.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Johnny retired from Advanced Bronze in 1998. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in West Salem. He was a member of American Legion Post 523, VFW, the Fraternal order of Eagles of Medina, and AMVETS Post 149.
He enjoyed fishing, animals, watching movies, and spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies included sharpening chainsaw and mower blades for friends and neighbors.
Johnny will be deeply missed by his 9 children, 22 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by his brother Frank.
