Juanita M. , 76, of Apple Creek, died Monday, October 5, 2009 surrounded by her family at Akron General Medical Center in Akron.
Friends may call Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00pm at the Evangel Assembly of God Church with Pastor Mark Ryder officiating.
Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born March 30, 1933 in Cromwell, Kentucky to Roy and Parzetti (Burden) Blair. Juanita married Ray in Ashland on July 8, 1950.
She was a member of the Killbuck Valley CB Club, Contact Life Line, Wooster Foursquare Gospel Church and presently the Evangel Assembly of God. She loved bible study, watching game shows and spending time with her family. She taught Sunday School for many years and devoted her time to the church as a “Prayer Warrior.” She worked numerous years for restaurants in the Wooster area including
Hanson’s, Nadelin’s, Isaly’s, The Parlor and Matsos.
In addition to her husband Ray, Juanita will be deeply missed by children Peggy Dile, Sandy Huffman and Deanna (Lenny) Morris all of Wooster, Lois (Bill) Davis of Clovis, New Mexico and Phil (Karen) of Apple Creek, 11 grandchildren and9 great-grandchidlren, brothers Dale, Donald and Dean Blair and sisters Hilda and Margaret.
She was preceded by her parents, a son Larry , grandson Scott Swartzentruber, granddaughter Virginia Huffman, brothers Ed and Chuck and sisters Nancy and Nina.
