Julia “Gobby” P. Mandolin, 88, of Wooster died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Wooster Community Hospital.
Services will be Saturday at 11:00a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Pastor John Copus and Pastor Bill Watson officiating.
Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Julia was born on October 4, 1921 in Wooster to John and Carrie (Vitallo) DiOrio.
She married James Mandolin on August 23, 1941.
He died January 21, 2001.
Julia devoted her whole life to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Sharon Carmichael, grandchildren Kelly (Charlie) Scott of Millersburg and Sean (Angie) Carmichael of Wooster; 8 great-grandchildren; a brother Lee Deitrick and sister Sally Daugherty. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
