Leonard H. Fleshman, 61, of Akron, died Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at Akron City Hospital. ?Services will be held Saturday, December 9, at 11:00 AM at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Wadsworth with Pastor Jim Roma officiating. ?Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. ?Friends may call Friday, December 8 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. ?Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. He was born February 16, 1945 to Howard and Adeline (Varrecchia) Fleshman in Akron. He was a meat cutter at Giant Eagle and other places. He attended Wintergreen Ledges Church of God and enjoyed bowling and playing billiards.
In addition to his mother, Adeline of Akron, other survivors include a son Shawn Edwards of Columbus, three granddaughters, sisters Linda Cartwright and Debra Russell both of Akron, special friend Irene Fleshman of Akron and various nieces and nephews. His father preceded him in 1994.
