Linda Mae Copley, 65, of Wooster died Sunday, July 22, 2007 at West View Manor. ?Services will be Thursday at 10 am at the Roberts Funeral Home - Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with the Rev. Douglas Wantz officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. ?Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Linda was born October 6, 1941 in Wadsworth to Harry and Betty {Benchoff} Bechtel. ?She graduated from Wooster High School in 1959 and married Charles Copley on December 6, 1959. He survives. ?She retired from Rubbermaid after many years of service. ?Linda was a member of Chippewa Church of the Brethren and Past President of the Quota Club of Wooster. ?She was an active volunteer for The Salvation Army where she recently received the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary Emeritus Membership Award. ?She also loved to travel. Linda will be deeply missed by her husband, children Dave (Lora) Copley and Melanie Copley; her mother; and sisters, Sharon Johnson and Becky Murphy all of Wooster. Linda is preceded in death by her father, Harry Bechtel.
