Mabel Stall

Mabel Stall, 82, of Wooster, died Saturday, February 5, 2011 in her home.A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, at 11:30am at the Parkview Christian Church with Rev. Mabel was born August 2, 1928 in Blue Rock Twp., OH to Raymond and Marie {Wilson} Mitchell.She married Russell S. Stall on March 10, 1949.He died June 15, 2010.


Mabel was a homemaker with a gift of hospitality for family and friends.She also worked in food service for Triway Schools and OSU-ATI and sold shoes. Mabel attended the Moreland United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Grace Brethren Church.She enjoyed Bible study, cooking, and following her grandson’s activities.


Mabel will be deeply missed by her daughters Teresa “Terri” Geiger and Martha “Marty” (Gary) Klepper all of Wooster; grandson Nathan “Nate” “Bo” Klepper, 2 step-grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Mabel was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Russell, her parents, son-in-law Walter Geiger, sister Marvel Stall, and brother Donald Mitchell.
