Madaline “Ruth” Eberle, 70, of North Lawrence, died Monday March 26, 2012 at Aultman Hospital, in Canton after a sudden illness.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Inurnment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

Ruth was born February 13, 1942 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Phillip and Velma {Morley} Rittenhouse.
She married Wayne Eberle Sr. on October 31, 1959 in Fairmont.
He survives.
Ruth worked at The Barn Restaurant. She was a member of Augsburg Lutheran Church. She was an avid reader, loved gardening, fishing, doing crafts and spending time with her many grandchildren.
Ruth will be deeply missed by her husband; children Becky (Ron) James of Orrville, Wayne Jr. of Readyville, TN, Tia Lisa Wakefield of Littleton, NH, Lora (James) Fox of Wadsworth, Jody (Tony) Troyer of Orrville; grandchildren Adriane and Daniel Ball, Nicholas Eberle, Kyle Tucker, Brandon Wakefield, Ashley, Katherine, Sarah and Christopher Fox, Garrett and Addison Troyer; great-grandchild Jayda Ball; brothers Mitchell Morley of Fairmont, WV, John (Janet) Rittenhouse of Wooster; sisters Joan (Raymond) Wiebe, Christine (Jeff) Barkman all of Orrville, brother-in-law Clint Deusenberry of Orrville.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Janice Deusenberry.
