Marilyn B. Troutman, 62, of Ashland, died Monday, October 5, 2009 at her residence.
Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00am at the Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Pastor Ed Kelly officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Marilyn was born March 1, 1947 in Hartville, Ohio to Joni M. and Fannie E. Miller. She was a member of the 1 st Apostolic Church of Nankin and enjoyed painting, sewing and crafts. She was an avid reader.
Marilyn worked for Rubbermaid for 17 years. She was extremely generous of herself, and was always there to give whatever was needed. Her kindness and generosity made her a friend to everyone and a servant of the Lord. She loved spending time with her grandson and family.
She will be deeply missed by her mother Fannie Geiser of Hartville and children Nancy Walker of Ashland, Linda (Jeff) Criss of Wooster and Michael Troutman of Wooster and a grandson Justin Walker, a sister Ann Frase of Shreve. brothers Henry (Linda) Burkholder of Garrettsville, Donald (Barb) Miller of Orrville, Richard (Sandy) Sloan of Kentucky and Terry (Shawn) Geiser of Upper Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her father, sister Barbara K. Miller, brother Michael Geiser and parents Luther and Eleanor Miller.
