Maxine was born January 30

1931 in Wooster, Ohio to Frank and Anna {Robison} Kelly.
She graduated from Wooster High School. Maxine retired from VIP Travel. She loved to knit and cake decorating. Maxine also enjoyed bowling.
Maxine will be deeply missed by her niece Debra (Richard) Jacobs;
nephew Robert (Irene) Rouch all of Wooster; great niece Jennifer (Michael) Garver and children Quinn, Zaine, and Avery; great nephews Matt Jacobs, Kristopher and Keith Rouch; and brother-in-law William Rouch.
Maxine was preceded in death by her sisters Nettie Rouch, Maeveline Kelly and brothers Don and Joe Kelly.
