Melody Ann Damon, 58 of Wooster died Thursday February 2, 2006 at Akron General Hospital. ?Services will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral-Sherwood Chapel with Bishop Jerry Parsons officiating. ?Inurnment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. ?There will be no calling hours. She was born June 6, 1947 in Zanesville, Ohio to John and Ann (Kussmaull)
Kokensparger. ?She married Wayne Damon on July 19, 1969. ?He survives.
She was a homemaker and a member of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Wooster. ?She enjoyed time with her family.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children Debra McGlade of Zanesville, Thomas Damon of Wooster and Robin Latka of Smithville, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and her mother of Medina, a brother John Kokensparger of ?Brunswick.
She is preceded in death by her father and a sister Debbie Kokensparger
