Pauline B. Ross, 78, of Rittman, died Sunday, June 27, 2010, at Hospice Inn at Medina.Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 11 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Richard A. Lapehn officiating.Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.Online tributes may be made at

Pauline was born December 22, 1931, in Medina to Vernon and Edna (Abel) Lamphier.
She married Sidney Ross they were married for 52 years before he passed away in 2008.
Pauline was an avid bingo player and loved animals.
Pauline will be deeply missed by her children:Debra (Richard) Poston of Canal Fulton, James E. Ross and Anita Jewett of Akron and Vickie (Gary) Freeman of Stow; 6 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; Step-Sister Betty Shreve of Rittman; numerous nieces and nephews and her dog Maggie May.
She was preceded in death by her husband Sidney, brothers Ealon and Celon Lamphier, Vernon Damon and Russell Biebhart; sisters Opal Vaughn, Martha Garver and Francis Duncan; step-mother Rose Clinker; step-siblings Mary and Ruth Huegle, Chester, Dean, Charles, Robert Remington and son-in-law Jim Loveland.
