Richard N. Garver, 70, of Wooster, died Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Wayne County Care Center, Wooster, OH.
Services will be Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 2 PM, at the Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with Rev. James Cassidy officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. ?Friends may call Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

He was born January 7, 1936 in Wayne County, OH to Robert and Helen (Cornelius) Garver. ?His first wife, Beatrice Garver passed away March, 1994. ?He married Annette (Lautzenhiser) Garver on October 26, 1996. ?She survives.
He was a long distance truck driver for North American, and retired from D & S Distribution. ?He was a member of the St. Edward Church, Ashland, OH and attended St. Mary?s Church in Wooster, OH. ?He enjoyed square dancing and playing euchre. ?
In addition to his wife, Annette, other survivors include daughters: Teresa (Thomas) Koch, Wooster, OH; Laurie (Tom) Hart, Wooster, OH.; Patricia Garver, Cleveland, OH; step-daughters: Lora (Jeffery) Thompson, Sebring, FL.; Michelle Black, Zanesville, OH.; Christine (David) Booth, Ashland, OH; 4 grandchildren and 8 step-grandchildren; sisters: Linda (Matthew) McManus, and Sharon (Harold) Kline, both of Wooster, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Beatrice; 2 brothers: Robert Garver, Jr. and Larry Garver, and one granddaughter, Laura Koch.
