Roger Edgell

Roger R. Edgell, 58, of Wooster died Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at his residence.



Services will be Saturday at 11:00am at Mt. Zion Church of God , 837 S. Geyers Chapel Rd.,Wooster with Evangelist Ernie Edgell and Pastor Thomas Geissinger officiating. Roger was born March 25, 1952 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Charles Golden and Luce {Wright} Edgell. He married Jackie Graham on June 10, 1973. Roger was a member of Mt Zion Church of God where he played the drums and was an avid hunter.


Roger will be deeply missed by his wife and children Ray Edgell of LA, Jammie (Torrance) Miller of Wooster, Jayson Edgell of Wooster; grandchildren Trenton, Jaydon, Chantosha, Briana, Brandy and Bradly Edgell; brothers Llioye (Sue) Edgell wooster, Robert (Mildred) Edgell Wooster, Ernie (Nancy) Edgell Moundville WV; sisters Virginia (Carl) Braun Wooster, Iris (Rueben) Stark Wooster, Anna Seko Wooster, Phillis (Larry) Bellman Orrville , Kathryn (Richard) Shedron Millersburg, Aretta (Frank) Akers Shreve, Charlotte (Paul) Stetler Wooster,and a special friend Tim Jon.


He was preceded in death by his parents; sons Roger Edgell Jr., Joel Edgell; grandsons Anthony Plotner, Bryan Edgell; a sister Dorothy Summers; and a brother Charles Edgell.
