He was born May 1, 1948 in Mansfield. ?He worked for Mansfield Tire and Rubber and then for Broshco for several years. ?He enjoyed fishing and tinkering.
Roy will be deeply missed by his wife of 36 years Lorain Steagall; son Allen Steagall of Shelby; four grandchildren; parents Nelson and Nadine (Sayers) Steagall of Mansfield; brother Wayne Steagall of Mansfield; and sister Joann Oney of Ontario. ?
A brother Steve Steagall preceded Roy in death.
Services will be Tuesday at 11am at the Roberts Funeral Home - Ashland Chapel with Pastor Earl Tackett officiating. ?Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. ?Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park.
