Ruth Ann Uhl, 78, of Wooster, died Friday, May 16, 2008, at Akron City Hospital in Akron,
Surrounded by her loved ones. ?Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 20th, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.; Friends may call 1 hour prior at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
Services will be at the funeral home with Pastor Major Mary West officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens following the service.

Ruth was born February 2, 1930, in Brownsville, Ohio to Roy Edward Wickham and Mary Adella (Patterson) Wickham.
She married John O. Uhl on December 21, 1945.
Ruth worked for Wooster Community Hospital for 5 years.
She will be deeply missed by her children: Roger (Dee) Uhl of Eustis Florida, Ron Uhl of Medina, Ohio and Barbara Uhl of Wooster, Ohio; grandchildren Roxanne James, Tiffany (Aaron) Stefanko, Brian (Julie) Uhl, Jason and Chris Uhl; great-grandchildren Ephrem Stefanko, Alexis, Daulton, McKenzie, Lena Uhl; sister-in-law Wanda Uhl of Wooster; numerous nieces and nephews and friends of the family Nancy Raper and Denny Palmer.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and husband John.
