Shirley Miller

Shirley J. “Shirt-tail” Miller, 72 of Wooster passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at her residence. Memorial Services will be held Friday from 5-8pm at Shirley’s residence, Shelmar lot 51. Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com

Shirley was born March 13, 1937 in Shreve, Ohio to John and Evelyn (Kauffman) Honabarger.

Shirley was married to Boyd Howard for 14 years and had four great children. She then married Ralph Miller who has since passed away.

She loved dancing and country music. The center of her life was her family, grandchildren and her home. Shirley spent a lot of time with her faithful companions Patches and Lacy.

Shirley will be deeply missed by her children Vicky (Phil) Cunningham, Rickie Howard, Mikie (Sheri) Howard and Cindie (Ashley) Drown, 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, half-brothers John, Gerald and Kenny Honabarger, sisters Marilyn, Janet, Nancy and Carolyn, half-sisters Cheryl, Jackie and Kathi and her special friend Donny.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, great-grandson Patrick and sister Norma Jean.
