, 2008 at Wooster Community Hospital in Wooster.Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. at the Wooster Church of the Nazarene. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 at the Wooster Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Nathan Ward officiating.

He loved the three stooges, football and his Harley.In his spare time he enjoyed tiling.He loved his family and was always willing to help anyone out.
He will be deeply missed by his wife Ada; children Seth Franks of Smithville, Kaitlyn Weese of Norton, step-son Zackery Miller-Perez of Wooster; Parents Larry Franks and Karen (Tom){Flinner}Franks –Markling; Brothers Shannon (Judy) Franks, Shawn (Sonja) Franks, Joshua (Tanya) Franks all of Wooster and Special Friend Dale Grabill. Stacy was preceded in death by his Grandparents William (Naoma) Butts, Oscar Flinner, Ralph (Lucille) Franks.
