Thomas E. Creech, 80, of Wooster, formerly of Bellevue, died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at Bridges of West View Manor.Services will be Thursday at 4pm at the Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Pastor Eric Fairhurst officiating.Private Masonic services will also be held at the funeral home. Graveside services will be Friday at 2pm at the Bellevue Cemetery where military rites will be held.Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com . Tom was born August 23, 1930 in Bellevue to Sidney and M. Evelyn {Pritchard} Creech.He graduated from Bellevue High School in 1948 and served on the USS Brule in the US Navy during the Korean War.He married Kae Maike on October 11, 1959; she survives.


Tom enjoyed working for UPS for 30 years until his retirement in 1994.He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, Bellevue Elks Lodge #1013, life member of the Bellevue VFW Post 1238, and former member of Bellevue F.O.E. Aerie #490. As an active Mason, Tom was a 50 year member and Past Master of Bellevue Lodge #273 F&AM, Past High Priest of Bellevue Chapter #113 R&AM, Past Illustrious Master of Bellevue Council #83, and Scottish Rite - Valley of Canton.


Tom enjoyed working on classic cars, wintering in Naples Florida, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.


Tom will be deeply missed by his wife Kae of 50 years, daughters Pam (Alex) Roberts of Wooster and Holly (Scott) Van Lente of Ada, MI; grandchildren Wesley and Justin Roberts and Logan and Sydney Kae Van Lente; and a brother Richard Creech of California.


Tom was preceded in death by his parents.
