Thomas Dean Dye Sr., 68, formerly of Wooster died Friday, August 10, 2007 at Sunset View Care Center in Millersburg. ?Services will be Tuesday at 10 am at the Roberts Funeral Home - Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with the Rev. Jackie McMillen officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. ?Friends may call Monday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.

Thomas was born May 2, 1939 in Apple Creek to Elmer and Vida (Moser) Dye. ?He married Linda Jo Bates on April 23, 1977. ?He retired from Performance Pontiac in 2002.
Tom was a member of St. Peters United Church of Christ in Apple Creek and enjoyed farming and animals. Tom was a 10-Gallon Blood Donor for The Red Cross, and worked for The Apple Creek Coaches Pitch Association.
Tom will be deeply missed by his wife; children Thomas Dye Jr. of Wooster, Amanda (Eric) Zaugg of Killbuck and Amy Marie Dye of Wooster, brothers Robert (Faith) Dye of Orrville, Elmer (Jan) Dye Jr. of Ocala, Florida, Nevin (Barb) Dye of Apple Creek, Gary (Yolanda) Dye of Branson, Missouri, a sister Donna (Steve) Hydu of Wadsworth, and a sister-in-law Joann Dye of Wooster.
A brother Charles Dye and twin brothers Ronald and Donald Dye died previously.
