Vermillah (Millie) Christina Kaser Beichler Wayts, passed away on March 19, 2009 with her family by her bedside. Friends may call Sunday from 6pm-8pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Services will be Monday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Ralph Griffith officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.

She was born on September 12, 1917 to Harley and Maggie Olinger Kaser and lived in Sterling, Ohio most of her life before moving to Creston. She retired from the Morton Salt Company in Rittman. Millie loved to clean, bake, garden and have the best yard in northern Wayne County. She loved to do for others by giving away her produce from her garden and baked goodies during the holidays.
She is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Robert) Trogdon, Barbara (Ronald) Olson both of Creston, and Gloria (Earnest) Lockhart of Georgia, son Paul (Glenda) Wayts Jr., sisters Susie (Dean) Rowe and Helen Baker of Wadsworth, sister-in-law Irene Schaffter of Seville, grandchildren Cindy (Adam) Namerow, Robert (Sue), Thomas Trogdon, Richard (Amy) Lockhart, Gary (Rachel) Lockhart, Tina (Jeff) Stutz, Dale Kauf, Sharon (Joe) Travernelli, David (Jennifer) Wayts, Debbie Taylor.
Millie was blessed by having 17 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jay Kaser, sister Betty Humes. She was lucky to have had not once but twice found love from her two husbands, Elmer Beichler who died September 1961 and Paul Wayts who died in October 2002, also daughter, Glenna Siers and son Boyd Dean.
