Wayne A. Woodhull 81, of Wooster, died Monday, February 25, 2008 at Wooster Community Hospital. ?Memorial services will be Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:00pm at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Rev. Wayne was born January 13, 1927 in rural Wayne County to Ralph ?and Ethel May (McCullough) Woodhull. ?He served in the U. S. Navy on the U.S.S. Pursuit. ?He married Marjorie Jewell on January 26, 1953.
Wayne was a member of The Odd Fellows, Painters Local Union #603 of Canton and retired as a Union Painter. ?He loved riding motorcycles and spending time with family.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his wife and children Shirley (Edward) Stevenson of Arizona, Michael (Brenda) Woodhull of Oregon, Karen (Tom) DeWeese of Shreve, Don (Glenna) Woodhull of Wooster and Tom (Angie) Woodhull of Iowa, 34 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren, twin sisters Bette Fiddler and Ruth Krachen.
Wayne was preceded in death by his mother Ethel, and brothers Charles and Richard Woodhull.
