William "Bill" E. Moses, 86, of Wooster, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at his residence.
Services will be Saturday at 2:30pm at Grace Brethren Church in Wooster with Pastors Robert Fetterhoff and Dave Lawson officiating.
Friends may call from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the church. Private burial will be at Smithvillle Cemetery, where military rites will be held.

Bill was born February 18, 1924 in Orrville to Clem and Icona (Schell) Moses.
He served in the U. S. Navy SeaBees during WWII.
He married Esther Ramseyer on October 9, 1948.
She survives.
Bill was a block operator for the Conrail Railroad for 38 years retiring in 1985.
He was also a self-employed painting contractor for many years.
Bill was a faithful member of the Wooster Grace Brethren Church.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and farming.
Bill will be deeply missed by his wife of 62 years, Esther, children Kathie (Marv) Kister, Karla Johnson of Troy, grandchildren Mark (Kristy) Kister, Laura Kister, Brad and Greg Johnson, great-grandson Logan Allen Kister, brothers Clem (Linda) Moses Jr. of Indiana, and a sister Nancy (Floyd) Breit of Canton.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandson Allen Johnson and brother Walter Moses.
